they looked at graphic evidence and listen to evidence from prosecutors. during the trial, neighbors and relatives took the stand, given their oftentimes grim account of what man happens. the first days of trout included a video tape between banita jacks and d.c. detectis hours after the decomposed bodies of her children were found. she said one by one day died during their sleep over a 10-day period. prosecutors said the killings were premeditated and that she strangled her three youngest girls. the defense that prosecutors failed to show that jacks is guilty. where is the cry? >> she wouldn't let anybody in

with more. >> officers are telling us one man is dead. a victim is not a police officer. it happened in in neighborhood in the back of this apartment complex off of forest park road. it happened around 2:40 this morning. there was a disconnect call. they cannot get anyone on the phone. officers were out here on eagle's nest court. backup officers found a deceased male with a gunshot wound. there was a gun and knife next to his body. two officers are on on paid administrative leave. a male officer has been with the force for five years. they e not sure which officer

>> additional officers are out here on the scene this morning. it did find a man here dead in front of an apartment complex. it is off forced brook road in germantown. at least one officer did -- is off forest brook road in germantown. at least one officer did fire his firearm. more officers were dispatched. other officers were out on the scene and called for back up. they found a man dead. he was shot. there was a gun and knife next to his body. two officers are now on administrative leave. this is routine as officers tried to determine exactly what happened. >> this is an officer-involved shooting.
